I'm Jerry — a full-stack software developer based in the Philippines. I build things that work, ship on time, and don't break in production.
I started iSwiftDev because I kept seeing the same problem: small business owners getting burned by agencies that over-promised, under-delivered, and disappeared after launch.
I built the opposite. Fixed prices, clear deliverables, and a client who's actually reachable. If you need a website for your restaurant, a mobile app for your startup, or a code review before you ship to production — I can do it, I'll tell you exactly what it costs, and I'll be done when I said I would be.
The stack is Angular + Spring Boot + PostgreSQL because I know it well enough to move fast without making a mess. Ionic for mobile because cross-platform is a practical choice when you're building for a Filipino market and need both iOS and Android.
Principles I don't compromise on.
If I say two weeks, I mean two weeks. I build schedules I can actually keep and communicate immediately if something changes.
I translate technical decisions into real business terms. You'll never feel lost in jargon.
JWT auth, parameterized queries, HTTPS, CORS — I don't treat security as an afterthought.
Every project ends with documentation, a deployment guide, and code you can actually maintain without me.
Revisions are included and scoped upfront. No surprise invoices after I deliver.
I'll tell you if you're over-building. The goal is a working product in front of users, not a perfect one that never ships.
