1. Services
iSwiftDev ("we", "us") provides software development services described on this website. By purchasing a package or requesting a custom quote, you agree to these terms.
2. Payment
Fixed-price packages are payable in full at time of purchase via PayMongo. Custom-scoped projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due on delivery. All prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP).
3. Delivery
Delivery timelines listed on each package begin after receipt of the completed intake form and all required materials. Delays caused by the client's failure to provide materials are not covered by the listed delivery time.
4. Revisions
Each package includes the number of revision rounds listed in its description. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at ₱500/hour.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns all custom code delivered for their project. iSwiftDev retains the right to use the project in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
iSwiftDev's total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for lost revenue, data loss, or indirect damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
