Fixed-Price Packages
Before work starts: Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of purchase and before the intake form has been returned.
After the first draft: If you are not satisfied with the first draft, you may request a full refund within 7 days of receiving it — no questions asked.
After revisions begin: Once revision rounds have been used, refunds are prorated: we refund the percentage of the project that has not yet been delivered.
Custom-Scoped Projects
The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun, as it covers discovery, planning, and initial development time. The remaining 50% is only due upon satisfactory delivery.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@iswiftdev.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available after the project has been fully delivered and accepted, for delays caused by the client's failure to provide required materials, or for services that have already been consumed (e.g., a delivered code review report).
